I hope I have enough energy to talk about this subject.
It seems that the political misleaders of our great country have come to a sudden, shocking, realization. After decades of not even trying to put together a cohesive and responsible energy policy it appears that America's energy chickens have come home to roost. Sorry, I couldn't help laying that egg.

Mission AccomplishedAn unfortunate choice of words for a title perhaps, given the fact that it was indeed an unfortunate choice of words when our current glorious leader chose to utter them while announcing the end of major combat operations in Iraq. I'm of the opinion that you should never give the enemy/opposition such a golden opportunity to attack unless you do so intentionally, in the hopes of luring them into supporting an untenable position. Not that I would ever do such a thing, of course.
A Banner Day!A brief explanation of my "Obama/Duke" banner may be in order. At first glance it may seem contradictory but that's the simple beauty of my plan. Seeing as my candidate has suffered a minor, but noticable drop in the polls, in part due to his late, lamentable association with Pastor Jeremiah Wright, it could be the right time to throw a curve ball out of the blue, if that makes any sense. What better way to prove that you're not a closet racist than to add David Duke to your presidential ticket? I can't think of one. Well, at the moment, anyway.
